homemade healthy cereal or porridge for babies / multi grain cereal for babies

Homemade health cereal is nutritious and a wonderful way to start baby's day! Here we look at how to cook cereal or porridge for your little one! 


Basic porridge preparation
Ingredients :
water - 1/2 cup
salt - little pinch.

Method:


Soak powder in water for 1 hour.

Pour the water into a small saucepan and bring to boil. 
Add salt. 
Gradually whisk the soaked powder mix into the boiling water.






 then lower the heat and simmer gently for 10 mins,




stir often to prevent sticking and clumping. 






Let it Cool down and then serve. 



you may use sugar or jaggery instead of salt.
